Finite Films was created by Amy Ricker and started its life in November 2006. We are an independent film production company based in London, England and have developed and produced a series of diverse projects by collaborating with creative talent and building successful co-production partnerships.

Our first project was the creation of the nine minute short film "Say That You Love Me" (Susan Penhaligon, Sandra Huggett and Lisa Renée) which premiered at the Rhode Island International Film Festival in August 2008 and is now available on DVD.

Our latest feature film is "The Island", based on the award winning book of the same name by Jane Rogers, and starring Natalie Press and Colin Morgan. We look forward to premiering it in 2010. For more information please check out "The Island" in our features section or go to the website www.islandthemovie.com.

We are now developing the Douglas Coupland novel, "Miss Wyoming". Jointly owning the rights to the novel with fellow production company, Ammo Films (www.ammofilms.com), we have adapted the novel into a screenplay. Currently we are planning a British-Canadian co-production.

Other projects in development include Agent X, based on the popular short film by Nicolai Iuul, Supernature, Decon and The Promoter.
